How It Works

Book a Session
Select a time based around your schedule.
No crowded waiting rooms. Once a time is selected you will be contacted with details on how to prepare for the secure and encrypted video session.
Patient privacy is a priority.
Initial visit with prescriber
Our first visit includes a detailed, comprehensive initial psychiatric evaluation where your provider will ask many questions and use clinical assessment skills to identify problem areas and recommend an individualized treatment plan. If medications are prescribed, your provider will recommend the best options based on your goals and personal lifestyle. Duration typically 45-60 minutes.
Follow-ups
All sessions after the initial visit. This is when in-person options become available. Your provider will help you to evaluate and monitor your progress, track improvement of symptoms, establish new goals, and discuss any side effects
or questions you have about your treatment. Counseling related to diet and exercise are involved,
as well as evidence-based non-medicinal recommendations. Usually runs 20-25 minutes depending on progress.
Compassionate care, tailored to you
We accept major insurance carriers including Optum / United Healthcare / Oxford / OSCAR, Cigna and Aetna, Empire, Anthem, and other BCBS variants
What if I don't have insurance?
